Why don't books offer playoff odds when a team is up 3-0

For example, the Vancouver Canucks are up 3-0 right now in their series against the Chicago Blackhawks. I've noticed this over the years, nobody offers odds in this type of situation. Anyone know why?

Books are in the business of making money.

In baseball it has happened once, a team has come back once from down 3-0. Hockey, Philly Boston last year, 1975, I believe the Islanders and one or 2 other times. Don't believe it has happened in the NBA.

So, figure 4 out 100, even with all the juice, they come up short, by giving the series price

It was something like Yanks -1800 or something.

Just keep parlaying the money line. You will probably get a much higher payoff than if you took a prop.

Lakers in 7 anyone? Ill say this...If Dal gets the sweep, this will be the first time in NBA history i thought the better team was swept in a playoff series without major injuries playing a factor.
