Darren Rovell explains impact of FBI online poker bust

CNBC’s Darren Rovell joined the show to talk about the recent FBI crackdown on online poker sites.Rovell said that many people have frozen online poker accounts and can’t get their money out. Rovell said that there is precedent of people getting money back from sites the FBI took down.
Rovell said there is a good chance these poker companies will continue to exist, and therefore eventually will give clients their money.
Rovell explained the investigation. He said it had been going on for years, because you can’t move money like that around without keeping the government in the loop.
Rovell said that ESPN has to radically change its programming plans because they aired a lot of poker with millions in advertising coming from the companies that got busted.
