"BOSTON — The odor of burnt marijuana alone is not enough for police to suspect criminal activity and order a person to get out of a car, the state’s highest court ruled today, citing a state law that decriminalizes possession of small amounts of the narcotic."
Having less than 28.34g at one time and being caught by local PD means confiscation of the "Goods" and a civil fine. No more possession BS. Most cops aren't bothering with the fine as the law didn't include enforceability of these fines.

What a wonderful site that is. How many trials would it take before you start cultivating? Theoretically speaking, of course. I know a guy that tried a few rounds and ended up with leaves. Caulk sucker, knows the goods but, the green thumb is more like Grim's sickle.

In theory...You are growing a very vibrant weed that can take plenty of abuse. It takes a while to get the green thumb...But if you can read and have decent eyesight I can point you in the right direction of some resources that will minimize the mishaps. After a while, it becomes second nature.
