have no idea what happened....comp wants to defragment then charge me for it?....this some kind of scam by windows vista or some other identity saying my hard drive is all banged up?...my background screen pic has gone to black with only the icons left...anyone come across this?
comes up windows recovery with the lil jiggsaw puzzle piece in the upper left corner..tells me i have 5 critical errors w ith my hard drive...i can't even minimize the window...i aint the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to computers...and that is being kind...i don't even know the first step to getting rid of this kind of thing...
