Starbucks is known for being exteremly generous to their employees.... We did a case study on them in my employee relations class in college. Granted that was several years ago, but from what I remember....
Overall, They are very supportive.. i dont remember much of the specfics besides that they affordable health care to even part time employees and great scholarships for those wanting to go to school.
