Are CASH bonuses a thing of the past?

I know there are a few that still offer cash, bodog, greek, betjamacia, intertop....but the majority are Bonus Plays, which are nice, but they come with hefty rollovers, and the rollover is not just on the Bonus Play, but on the winnings too.

I deposited a little at Justbet and hit a couple of my Bonus Play bets and my roller is an astounding $75K. I will never get through that rollover with 3K in my account.

I didn't know that Bodog offered cash bonuses. Ez Street give out cash bonuses all the time.
