This is a REALLY GOOD THING WE HAVE GOING HERE, why would you not want to be a part of this?? Is the personal attention that important to you???

Please note: EVERYONE is INVITED and the more information the BETTER!!! So any informatiion is useful, even if you do not like the game, still please offer your input.. please provide team reports if possible...

We are working together dropping thoughts on teams we folow closely. Be it our informed opinons, key stats, teams state of mind, hot/cold bats, overused bullpens, injuries, weather or any information that you feel will be useful.. When you follow a team very closely, you get a good feel for them..

Right back to the over ( 8 ) where I should have stayed. Thats 5 overs in a row with Was at Pitt. Paul Maholm, 0-4, 6.27 lifetime against Was, vs John Lannan 1-3, 4.67 lifetime against Pitt.

really have no opinion on dodgers.. still dont know where Garland is at, I personally prefer him @ home. Nolasco is a very good home pitcher. I lean Marlins in this game. Dodgers BP is struggling, but they seem to be gelling better now.

If you can check out the bat to pitch stats with Derek lowe vs the Padres bats.. Padres hit .402 against him in 127 AB's.

Cubs -130

Garza is coming off his best start of the season and appears to be settling in at home. Cubs lost by plenty yesterday so big 3 in the bullpen (Marshall, Wood, Marmol) all should be good to go (although Kerry did throw yesterday.) Cubs have been swinging the bats better lately and Castro and Barney both look really good at the top of the order. After starting the season red hot, the Rockies have cooled recently (I think 3-5 in their last 8). Esmil Rogers has gotten hit this year 12 ER 17 H in 16 IP. Cubs looks like the way to go.

Fun stat: The Cubs have been 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4, 5-5, 6-6, 7-7, 8-8, 9-9, and 10-10 tonight. The historic ride toward mediocrity continues tonight.

I watched the Cubs series vs Dodgers.. I came away thinking the Cubs are NOT that good and are not very fundamentally sound. They have some good bats but a lot of those guys are too wild.

Rogers for the Rockies sucks though.. no doubt.

I will be chasing the Rangers this series against the Blue Jays.

Texas has Lewis, Harrison and Holland throwing. Toronto has Drabek, Litsch and Reyes on the mound. I believe Texas has the advantage with this pitching matchup. Texas has the better bats as well.

Also, Texas has been outstanding at home this season (10-2) just like last season. Meanwhile, Toronto has been terrible on the road (3-7). It should be noted that Toronto got their three wins on the road against Boston (RSox 2-10 at that time), Seattle and the Angels. All teams around .500 or below.

And poorly managed. But they have enough to win in the 75-80 range.

THE METS ARE OFF TODAY..AFTER WINNING FOuR IN A ROW..I THINK EVERYONE HIT THEIR HEADS FAINTING..

Bats looking much better and Pitching is stronger..Dillion Gee is now offically promoted as Curasco was sent down to get straightened out. Everyone is still trying to figure out how Defensive call up Jason Pridie hit a 3 run homer to deep right center(Ike Davis territory) esp considering he wasn't even batting .200 in Triple A . The Metsies are off today and will be well rested for the Nationals tomorrow night on the road.

Yanks/White sox

The pale hose have been one of the seasons early disappointments and have been shut out back to back by Detroit.. Now they come into the HOUSE THAT GEORGE BUILT..unimpressive Phil Humber comes in to face Aj Burnett..Since joining the Yanks , april has been burnett's month..He is 8-0..the Yanks bats have also been warming up.Mariano blew his second save in a row and it is doubtful that he will be available. Still trying to find out about Soriano who had back stiffness and was not available yesterday

going against the recent trend tonight, as i really like Milwaukee to get a win at home against the Reds....the Reds have been strong against Milwaukee the last year or so, and swept the Brewers to start the season...but now the Reds are not playing as well and it seems that Milwaukee is finally putting it together....

I really like the Milwaukee bats against Arroyo...he doesnt have "out" stuff, and the fly balls he is prone to give up have a good shot to go out in Milwaukee.....Narveson is pitching good so far, and has been very good at home...the lefty hopefully helps even out the hot bat of Votto......also, gotta figure the Reds are a little tired as their series in St Louis this weekend was delayed by rain repeatedly...they have spent many hours at the ballpark, then travel time to Milwaukee , who was waiting at home after their home game yesterday...just think it sets up very well for Milwaukee tonight to win at home and exact a little revenge for the recent struggles against the Reds....

The Brewers only hit .250 in 177 ab's vs. Arroyo but they do have 10 jacks. I like the brewers as well in this spot.

or, i could be completely wrong and Cincy could look like they have rested up for weeks and milwaukee could oversleep and miss the game....what a pathetic performance so far.....funny how one guy gets hot, they all wake up....Narveson was just grooving pitches right over the plate.....sorry guys

4/26 met blurb

i'll be throwing in my two cents on the mets in here from time to time...i've been a lifelong fan regardless of how much they might have blown the past 5 years. and for the most part they've been pretty profitable to bet against in the right spot here and there for the past few years. i'll be posting write-ups a couple times a week on here.

4/26: play: mets/nats over 7.5 (-125 @ bodog) to win 1 unit

the mets are coming off a 6 game homestand against the astros and d-backs respectively, and u could argue up until this point, they both join the mets at the bottom of the national league. the mets went 4-2 on the homestand, winning their last four and now take on the nationals in D.C. after a day off monday. chris young will return to the mound after a minor setback and will face the zimmerman-less nationals. it did seem that the mets offense began to find their stroke towards the tail end of the homestand, but let's not forget they were facing a young starting staff, and arguably the worst bullpen in all of baseball in the diamondbacks. however, i do believe the mets as a whole are getting over the mental mindfuck that is the demensions of citi field. since the beginning of the season, citi field has yielded the 3rd best HR rate per game @ 2.27, only trailing coors field & great american ball park. visiting teams have always been able to slug HR's at citi field, but the mets are finally starting to make the adjustment. i do believe the mets bats will stay hot on tuesday, but do not have much faith in chris young being able to last long enough in this game before getting to the bullpen. i do see a game where both teams get into the 4 and 5 columns possibly. the over 7.5 seems like a nice spot even with the chalk (-125 @ bodog).

Harrison has been the real deal this season. Meanwhile, Jesse Litsch just moved into the rotation taking Brett Cecil's place. Pitching advantage for the Rangers here

Michael Young is out tonight, but I think Texas' bats are still strong to do enough damage.
