Everytime I go, there is always some giggly bubbly teenager looking person serving as a greater that exclaims "Welcome To CiCi's" at the top of their lungs and I think could anyone really appear to be this happy and enthusiastic even if they are only just making minimum wage or a liilte better.
If you want a pizza buffet in Cape Coral, the Hungry Howie's on Del Prado is much superior to the CiCi's by TJ MAXX / Office Max ... you're still eating on paper plates, but the taste/quality of the pizza is much better at Hungry Howie's. Based strictly on taste (rather than "ambience", etc.), Hungry Howie's pizza is an 8.5/10, compared to about 5.5/10 at CiCi's.
The one thing that CiCi's has in their favour, as KingofNicotine mentioned earlier, is their cinnamon buns ... better than any dessert that Hungry Howie's has to offer.
Got a friend of mine that once had 10+ cici's. He told me a few years back that their cost was around $.48 per pizza. That tells me all I need to know. I have ate at the one locally here a couple times over the years and always is full of mexicans, white trash, and fat black women. That place is shit and their pizza is shit. Stay away.
