Just curious.... O/U on bad weather?

What do you guys look for, my instincts and experience tell me that the under would come into play on bad weather (rain, cold, Snow) types of games...thoughts?

mos def weather, all kinds of weather, from snow and cold to humidity in the summer. wind is huge.

then there's umpires, starting pitching, bullpens, offense, current form, making your own number and then trying to get the best number.

not easy.
