if you are laying -168

what is the forumula to figure out the "win percentage" or implied probability of this event happening.

I know the answer is 62.69, but what is the formula?

this should work:
=IF(A1<0,A1/(A1-100),100/(A1+100))
where A1 is your price

multiply the result by 100 if you'd like
