The celtics are done! Danny A. really sqrewed the pooch!!! The trade killed this team. They have no inside presents and no flow as a team. He also took the life out of the team removing daniels and robinson. It is really to bad for the big three as this was there last run at it and danny fucked them hard! Danny made one of the best moves when he brought ray and kevin in. But flushed it all done the toliet. I am a loyal celts fan in the ups and downs over the last 25 years. They are done might go 5 , but a sweep is possable!^<<^^<<^^<<^##)##)##)
I hate when people say the trade killed this team... They needed wing players to compliment Pierce and Allen. When the trade was made both hit a stretch where they were playing close to 40 minutes a night. Throw in the fact in the playoffs you were going to face Anthony,James, Wade, Joe JOhnson ETC and you needed to get another wing player to defend.
Ainge realized a problem and tried to fix it. Daniels got hurt and was out for the year and RObinson had 5 good games in a year and half. How about James and Wade are just really good and dominating this series to date?? People in Boston make Perkins out to be the second coming of Wilt Chamberlain!!!
As of now, the Heat have held serve at home. The real key IMHO is the Celtic injuries. Paul Pierce has an akillies injury. If he can't go, the Celtics have little chance to win 4 out of 5 games. Rondo has back spasms and Allen has a bruised chest. No question the Heat have upgraded their level of play, however in Game 2 the Celtics were leading until Pierce got hurt. The Heat definitely have a strong advantage at the moment but let's see if the 4 days between Games 2 & 3 helps the Celtics get healthy.
