I like the White Sox, line is low for a reason.. A's pitcher off a complete game.

Also like TAM, but O's saw Hellickson just a week ago and also had one game vs him last year...but they didn't hit him in those two games, so that's even better :)
Also like the Nats -0.5 1st 5, although I'm not to thrilled about them coming straight back from ATL and that extra inning game while FLA had a day off to prepare...

MIL looks good, too, imo: Brewers and esp. Gallardo have had PITs no. in the past, have been at home and had an off day, while PITs travel should have been delayed because of the rain delay today...don't expect much offense by PIT tomorrow, only things I don't like are McDonalds recent starts and Gallardo coming of a game where he threw almost 120 pitches...but he is kind of used to those workloads, so shouldn't be a problem...

Royals are a live dog tomorrow....

+180 against a pitcher who just threw a no hitter and some of their bats do very well against ver.. Also think over 7.5 +100 is a decent play.. Hochevar almost 7 era @ comerica and an american league game with two potent offenses at a low #? with no juice?

I'm considering the under in the Angels-Rangers game tonight

Pitching: Weaver and Ogando both look great this year, especially as of late. Ogando with a 2.00 ERA in his last 3 games (2.17 ERA on the season) and Weaver with a 3.00 ERA last 3 games (1.87 ERA on the season).

Batting: Both teams banged up on offense. Angels are missing Morales, V. Wells (Ranger killer) and Sandoval. Rangers are missing Hamilton, Cruz and looks like Young will be out on rest (check on prior to game start).

This game should be low scoring by way of great pitching and limited bats, but the wind is blowing out at 11 mph which makes me a little concerned. Usually, I only consider the wind to be a big factor if it's blowing 15 mph or more. So, that's something to look at prior to game start.

I have been pathetic trying to cap the 2011 Red Sox. I play them small they win big, I play them large they lose big. One thing that has been consistent for me has been picking their totals. Not sure but I don't think I have missed one in these threads yet.
Shocker here...but I like the over tonight in the bronx. Bartolo colon will get hit hard I believe. Buckolz has pitched pretty well this year although he has given up a ton of hits and more HR's than usual. He has also had some bad luck. A few of his outings he has pitched well enough to win with some really nasty pitches but the other team have just hit'em. No explaining it really other than he's struggled. He is coming off a really nice outing against the Twins, but lets face it they cant hit. The Yankees hit him pretty good in April so I expect them to get theirs tonight. I really like the over in this one.

METS/ASTROS..
Ike davis was placed on the DL and Chris Young is having yet another shoulder surgery and out for the yr..Beltran hit 2 homers yesterday and has been finally playing great and even smiling..(what a coincidence..it's a contract yr) Reyes too...I think Dillion Gee pitches a good game tonight. Bud Norris usually pitches well @ home.I look at the under and hope Beltran doesn't go crazy in his old haunt

YANKS/BOSTON..Neither team is playing well. Boston got swept in a 2 game series by toronto as Lester got lit up..the Yanks have trouble scoring and lost 2 out of 3 to a KC team that had Davies , Marrazo and O'Sullivan as their starting 3.Normally a Fat Bartolo colon/Bucholtz match up would mean over $100 first 5 and $200 over game..given the state of both teams i will halve those plays:
$50 over 5 first 5 and $100 o 9.5 game

I'm a little scared of this one.. Weaver off 6 days rest and is better @ home in pitchers parks.

Sorry I've been away. Been dealing with some health issues. Nothing life threatening, but a pain in the ass.
5-13-11
Pitts ( McDonald ) at Milw ( Gallardo ) Milw -1.5 +135 betus
McDonalds only career start against Milw was last year at Milw where he gave up 6 runs in 6 1/3 for the loss.
Gallardo, however, OWNS the Pirates. 6-1. 1.80 in 10 starts, with his team 9-1 in those starts. They haven't scored on him in the last 3 games. The Pirates were 5-13 against Milw last year out scored by 45 runs.
Good luck all.

Have 2 herniated and 2 buldging disc in my neck. Comes with the trade, looking up a ceilings all day. Like I said, not life threatening. Lots of therapy and tests lately. Had one operation, trying to avoid another. Thanks for asking Gyney. Scary avatar! Looks like me when I got my MRI results.

I strongly recommend NOT having the surgery.. I've known numerous people who have dealt with herniated and/or bulging disks and they were fine after therapy and rest... Also have heard some horror stories about the surgeries..

Be careful with these doctors, they want money and the more surgeries they do, the more money they get so they recommend them sometimes even when they are not necessary..

Good luck with your situation man..

Saturday:

Florida looks to be a solid play against Washington.. Sanchez 6-0 against Nats and owns the lineup.
ATL should beat Philly, line is high for a reason.. Blaton destroyed by ATL lineup, Jurrjens very good against philly limeup.. ATL historically a very good home team.

AZ might be a value play against the dodgers.. Good young stud pitching against Billingsley who has been hit a bit by AZ hitters. +135 or so is not a bad price.. Bills walks a lot of guys.. he is very jekyl and hyde.

Oakland, under in CWS/OAK game.. and/or CWS TT under. Ross is a very good pitcher, have seen him a few times and really liked what I saw.. Angels have the way better pitcher going on Saturday at a low price, hard to pass that up. Davis owns Balty lineup, maybe Balty TT under.

I like the Cards tomorrow against Cueto, I like getting +113 here in a spot for a guy they have been waiting for ever since he sissy kicked Jason LaRue in the face and ended his career. They hate the Reds already but they will play well tomorrow and getting plus money makes it an easy play for me.
