THE CLEVELAND LINE SEEMS QUITE LOW BOTH ON SIDE AND TOTAL..ANYONE KNOW WHY?

METS/FLA
The Mets better hope for rain for the next 2 days. Pelfrey vs johnson and Norasco vs Niese would seem to favor the fish. Pelfery rarely does well against florida and now he goes aainst their ace. Pelfrey is also quite finicky and the Misty weather will only make him worse. Dave Wright is slumping at .226, Thole .222 and Jason Bay a whopping .215
Ike davis is on the DL
the plays:
FLA RL +105
FLA RL FIRST 5 -.5 -110
FLA/NYM O 6.5 FOR GAME

YANKS/TBAY
WOW..CAN YOU SAY SLUMP!!!!!!!! The yanks were swept by Boston at home. This after losing 2 of 3 to detroit and KC..now they go to Tampa for a 2 game set with Price and Shields on deck..Good luck..Grunderson is @.281 Cano down to .280..no one else is over .260..Arod has no power and Swisher has lost all concept of the strike zone.If steinbrenner was alive..kevin Long (hitting coach ) would be looking for a job in Japan.
soriano still out with arm issue..
TBAY to keep the slump rolling -149:toast:

on the fence about this one... tampa cant score any runs at home either... scored no more than 5 in every home game this season... and the yanks offense yesterday slowly turned itself around against lester.

Brewers are pretty hot right now offensively.. But they are playing at Dodgers Stadium where the ball doesnt travel. I like Garland but love Marcum and think he fits Dodgers Stadium well also the Dodger batters haven't seen him and the ones who have, haven't hit em at all..

Either Brewers or Dodgers TT under..

on another forum:

Colby Lewis has yielded 19 ER in 15.1 innings @ the White sox.
0-3 in 3 career starts, 11.15 era, But amazingly only 4 walks in his whip of 2.217.

Basically the white sox own his ass and he doesn't pitch well at US Cellular

Lean white sox ml and white sox TT over although i'm a bit worried about the travel back from oakland and a long road trip

Red Sox are in a bad spot.. Dice K has been hit by the O's lineup and the Red Sox are coming off a late game between their hated rival Yankees. Red Sox haven't seen much of Tillman.. +160 is value

Marcum and hot Brewers bats @ dodger stadium vs Dodgers cold bats.. Dodgers TT under and Brewers

Got this from someone else:
Colby Lewis has yielded 19 ER in 15.1 innings @ the White sox.
0-3 in 3 career starts, 11.15 era, But amazingly only 4 walks in his whip of 2.217

White Sox are rolling right now..

Twins suck might you are getting +150 with a hot pitcher and going against a team who can't hit..

Detroit has a 7 game winning streak yes, but think they are overpriced.. Scherzer walks a lot of batters, might be 6-0 but its a little misleading, his whip is high... toronto is hot too and drabek is pitching and tigers havent seen much of him.. +146 not a bad price.

Rangers at WSox

I like a low scoring game here

Both starters pitching well lately. WSox offense isn't that scary and Tx offense is banged up

UNDER 8.5 (-120)
No scores first inning (-130)

Thoughts:

Dodgers are ice cold, scoring only 25 runs in their last 8 games and they have barely gotten any xbh's, mostly singles.. Wolf fits Dodger Stadium to a tee considering he is a major flyball pitcher..

+120 is a fair price..

Thoughts on other games:

STL: Garcia is magic @ home and simply a great pitcher.. Oswalt has been blasted by STL's lineup..

Mets, simply like the way they've been playing and Nolasco hasn't fared too well against the lineup.

Twins TT under is my favorite play of the day..

Minnesota Twins Career statistics vs. Felix Hernandez
BATTER AB H 2B 3B HR RBI BB SO AVG OBP SLG OPS
Michael Cuddyer 21 3 0 0 0 2 1 7 .143 .182 .143 .325
Justin Morneau 25 4 0 0 1 3 4 6 .160 .267 .280 .547
Jason Kubel 19 3 0 0 0 0 1 5 .158 .200 .158 .358
Delmon Young 15 3 0 1 0 1 0 1 .200 .200 .333 .533
Alexi Casilla 14 4 0 1 0 0 0 2 .286 .286 .429 .714
Matt Tolbert 6 0 0 0 0 0 1 2 .000 .143 .000 .143
Denard Span 12 1 1 0 0 1 4 3 .083 .294 .167 .461
Danny Valencia 6 2 0 0 0 0 0 2 .333 .333 .333 .667
Totals 118 20 1 2 1 7 11 28 .169 .237 .237 .474

Felix might pitch a complete game. Twins offense is abysmal, 23 runs in 9 games..

My heart won't allow me to bet against my Phillies, so tonight is a definite no bet. Garcia is 5-0 with a 1.89 era and 1.03 whip. Actually, the way they have been hitting I am going to continue betting the under on every phillies game until they give me a reason not to. Has been paying off past few games.

METS/FLA..Usually the Mets fare well against Noresco but without Wright and Davis , i don't know..they had so many chances to win last night and every play went agaisnt them until finally a relief pitcher got the game winning hit (his 2nd career hit). Not that i'm a racist ..but ,,how many more times do we need to see these 2 asian guys fuck up?
i have almost 20 Chinese workers and if they worked liked these 2 guys, i'd be out of business. Igasrashi melted down in a clutch situation yet again..and Hu is batting .050.
Are youy kidding me? John niese is a pitcher and he's hitting .143. what ever happened to earning your spot..Are you telling me the Mets don't have anyone better than that in their farm system? I feel like throwing away my tickets for sundayd Met/yanks game
Niese pitches tonight and said he's going to go inside more.. I hope it's rained out

YANKS/TBAY.CALL ME CRAZY ..but i'm grabbing the Yanks +141. the line seems inflated because Shields is pitching well and Nova got bombed last week. But really a top pitcher vs a journeyman and the line is under -175..tells me the dog may bite.

enjoy the games

WHITE SOX/TEX UNDER 4.5 FIRST 5 WHAT AM I MISSING???? Danks is 0-6 with an era of 6.6 and Harrisons is worse

Harrison pitched really well in his last outing... Blanked the As for 4 innings at Texas before getting rained out. So that game doesn't figure into his recent stats. He had a bad streak of games before that, but started the season really good. It's easy to say he has been inconsistent, so it's hard to put a finger on whether the Good Harrison or the Bad Harrison comes out??

The White Sox offense is putrid. Also, the Rangers lineup is weak considering Hamilton, Cruz, Borbon and Moreland (questionable) have been out. That's 4 starters gone and replaced with Chavez, Davis and Gentry (Murphy as well but I don't consider that much of a downgrade). This is a big deal to me - the White Sox lineup can make most pitchers look like Cy Young and the Rangers are very banged up.

Wind is blowing out at 12 mph, but I'm not sure if that is enough to make that much of a difference. It is pretty cold out there

Also, look at last night's game. Two pitchers with high ERAs and it ended a 4-0 game.

I'm still looking at this one, but I can see how it could be a low scoring game

That could very well happen. One thing I did notice in last night's game is that the Rangers would get a runner on first and pretty much taking second base with ease. It seemed like they had runners in scoring position in just about every inning. I don't know if it was because it was cold, or if Pyrsinski's arm is ragged or if Jackson's delivery is just slow?? I guess we'll see if the same goes for tonight

BOL!
