I don't like it as a baseball fan because I'm a traditionalist in a lot of ways, and one of the reasons the World Series used to be so special is because it was the only way certain teams could face each other. Yankees/Dodgers in a World Series is classic; Yankees/Dodgers in the middle of summer is a gimmick.
As a bettor I really don't like it. Far too many unusual factors. I don't stay away entirely -- which would probably be the smart thing to do -- but I do go very light.
i decided to take a few weeks off of betting on baseball, even though im up 40 units it really messes with your head, i cant seem to handle a full season of it, so i am taking the month of may off.. but this morning i was so tempted to play and as the results right now id be 3-0... but im glad i didnt play any games it is fun to take time off, interleague is almost impossible to cap, no fun
Hate it, I play the daily 'cap fantasy game at sportsgeek, no good cross samples.
Usually in regular league play, you get like a pool of 70 players that are useful for the day, in interleague, maybe 15, it's all guess work.
