He had the ball when napoli was halfway home...seemed to get nervous...
napoli did throw a forearm to pena's face...
but estabrook was not in the appropriate angle to see that pena tagged napoli's arm as napolis left leg went above the plate...
at full speed it looks safe...
but he hit napolis arm...
