Seriously I love living here, It's like living in a different country, with all the perks of US citizenship.

There's no TSA in the airports and you can still play on PokerStars?

One of the best states to live in America, no question about it.

No need for airports to get around in the great state of Nevada. Everything of note is located just a few hours apart at most

And all the poker you can handle 24/7/365

There are card rooms and casinos everywhere (except a few states like Texas and Hawaii, etc). What does that have to do with online poker websites and the gov't shutting them down in the US?

Surprisingly many people like to fly to other states and countries, that's where TSA goons come into the picture. Not many casinos offer weekly $1 million tournaments for a $200 buy-in.

It's like prison being forced to buy scratchoff tickets instead of being able to shove money into video poker machines at the gas stations

Upon further reflection, I realized that the existence of TSA at Nevada commercial airports and impeded access to certain online poker sites is something that is equally in effect (or not) for all 50 states in the USA. Therefore that's a moot variable in deciding if "Nevada is the free-est state?"
