There's running or passing for a 2 pointer, or kicking for one point. How else can you score an extra point?

Certain league rules say that a forfeited game should be scored 1-0, but I guess that's not really an "extra point."

What's the rule about the defense taking a 2-point conversion the other way? I think that is a point or two... Or it used to be. I'm thinking the rule may have been changed.

I thought this was only possible at college, not in NFL, but might be wrong.

In college if the EP is blocked or fumble and the defense recovers the ball, then the defense re fumbles the ball the offense can then rerecover and return for the point. That would be a fumble return for the EP

Or the defense player that recovers the blocked or Fumble EP runs out of his own endzone after the recovery the offense would be credited with a point I believe via safety maybe??

drop kick ?
There's no doubt that this is the third way since the Drop-Kick is still in the rule books. But it hasn't been used in something like 70 years because the football is no longer round at the ends like the old rugby type football from the 30's, and so is too unreliable where it will go when dropped on the ground.

Drop kick is still a kick.

If the holder or kicker, or any other back, takes the ball and runs the other way across the opponents goal line, it counts as one point.

But wouldn't that be 2 points and not one? I thought as long as the ball wasn't kicked through the goal posts, it counted as 2 points.
