Since they're located in CR: Do they accept bets from Costa Rican IP-addresses? Imo betphoenix doesn't because of some obscure law, that prohibts them taking action from CR, while other CR still take any bets.

Pretty sure Horizon took over accounts at one of the books I used to use and summarily closed all non-US accounts -- are they accepting non-US action?

OK, correction. Heritage took over Horizon and closed my old Horizon account. Would play there if they reconsidered that policy.

Ok, in that case I need to rephrase my question: Do they accept action from an account registered to an European address, but logged in with a Costa Rican IP ...
