Pondering this game for quite some time this AM. Anyone have any thoughts or picks?

Both teams struggling to get runs. Florida has not scored a run in 13 innings and Atlanta's Dan Uggla is in a serious slump. Both pitchers have had bad outings as of late and look to right the ship tonight. Only 1 run came across the plate last night and maybe not many more than that tonight if the hitting slumps continue. Marlins now on 6 game losing streak but Florida has always been a thorn in Atlanta's side. I was looking a buying at run to 8 1/2 and going under thinking that at least one pitcher if not both get back on track and the hitting woes continue. I think it is safer than trying to pick a side in one that really could go either way in probably a low scoring affair. A possibility of a tie game at the end of five makes the Atlanta + 1/2 possible also. If the two conditions prevail #1 Florida's scoreless inning streak contiues and #2 Dan Uggla not finally breaking out, then the under should come around just nicely. Source ESPN MLB Preview
