I understand that this is a trigger reaction post....but is this series as good as any that there have been?? I know there probably was more drama with a Game 7, but this series has been unreal IMO.

I started watching the Finals games in 1990, and I can't even begin to think of a more balanced series. 1998 Bulls/Jazz was great as well...last year with Lakers/Celts...

It actually makes me want to watch the NBA again!

Thoughts/Responses?

in terms of competitive, and in the time frame you've given, its up there.

84 celtics/lakers was a war.

What would you compare it to or rank better? I'm curious. I have seen mid-80s games, but not series. The difference in team vs. individuals in this series makes it an added bonus for me. The Mavs just seem to want it more, yet they have no coach to bring them together.

Agreed, great series. Awesome matchup with such different types of teams. Evenly matched. Lots of star power. All close games. Equals a great series.

I'm with ya. So happy Dallas won tonight. Cheering like a son of a bitch in front of my TV when Jason Kid knocked down his three pointer in the final minutes. Somewhat surprised by all the action on Miami tonight. Last home game in the finals for Dallas? Fans are hyping up Miami more than what they are. I mean C'mon.

Easiest money right now is Heat ML in game 6. This series is going to game 7 and Dallas knows it.

I asked last night what the line would be if Dallas won tonight what it would be for the Heat to win it all. What is it?

Is Dallas all of a sudden favored? I want the Heat. If Dallas can win two in a row...so can Miami.

dallas has a great coach

Miami has a terrible coach.

The one thing that just bothers the hell out of me with this series is watching Miami on the offensive side of the court. That holding the ball at the top of the key until there is like 5 seconds on the shot clock is about the dumbest game planning I have ever saw. Awesome series but I hardly can't watch because that Miami game plan makes my blood-pressure rise.......and the funny thing about it is I really could care less about the NBA or have a dog in this fight, but damn El Spoelstra a little coaching 101 would help.

Who knows, maybe I am the only one getting this feeling.

It'll be a great series if Dallas wins.

It'll be one of the worst series in the history of the NBA if Miami wins.
