Hes a solid offensive C for a roleplayer, finishes around the basket, hits FTs. Obviously he has no post moves but for a guy you aren't calling plays for hes honestly pretty solid. Shot 65% this year and improved his FT to 73%

FWIW hes a FA to be. Probably picked a good time to have a great series and lead a team to the brink of a title.

Who cares if he's limited offensively. I'd rather have a guy who hustles, plays defense, blocks and/or changes shots, and grabs rebounds.

Chandler knows his role, and doesn't force shots.

I actually think Miami would be better with Wade + LeBron + Chandler (instead of Bosh). Chandler is a poor man's Alonzo Mourning.

Tonight, it was tied @ 100 w/ 3 minutes. Next 120 seconds --- Chandler rebound, Chandler draws the LeBron charge, Chandler blocks Wade.

His value doesn't come on offense, but rather on defense. The guy is the anchor of the defense. Without him, they look lost.
