Wed. I made a CC charge, it showed up on my acct. on Thurs.! On Tues. I had returned some items in the amt. of approx. $500. Still not showing up. So I called Visa just now, & a CS SUPERVISOR said it can take as much as 30 days to process a credit. I said that's ridiculous, "why does a charge get posted immediately thus accruing interest and a credit which will stop the same take a month"? Nothing but a bullshit answer. It may not seem like much, but when multiplied by the millions of transactions CC Co's process a yr it adds up to a lot of $$$ in someones pocket, NOT mine or yours. ##)
