Coming off a (3-1)(+2.32) evening just barely missing a sweep by losing my totals play with one strike left. Winners included Cincinnati (+104)(7-2), New York Mets (+129)(4-0) and San Francisco (+104)(5-2) while losing with San Diego/Cincinnati Under 8.5 (-105)(3-6). Starting the day with one afternoon play and will return with additional plays for this evening.

Mets should sweep Atlanta tonight OMT. Braves only batting a dismal .146 with only 7 runs in last 4 games against New York while New York now with some spunk in their play can pepper hits all around the diamond allowing their speed on the bases to be utiltized. Braves can't offset the caliber of play and natural talent Reyes brings. They still will not be able to contain him tonight either from my observations. BOL tonight.

Well said Mr. Boland. Believe the Braves will have trouble hitting knuckleballer R.A. Dickey as he has given them trouble already this season and is coming off back to back 8 inning excellent performances. Meanwhile, the Braves start Mike Minor once again who is winless and lasting 6 innings which should bring the Braves bullpen into play once again. Best of luck to you as well tonight! :toast:

We had some bad weather last night here in my area OMT. Many trees and power lines down as some areas reported a mico burst or mini tornado activity. I have been cutting brush since dawn with a chainsaw and tree saws for my friend who used to be our team doctor when I played high school ball. He has an extremely nice property with pool and it looked like complete desolation when we started this morning. Still some work to do. but made a temedous lick to squaring away his home and landscape today, but my back is really starting to stiffen. Maybe a 2 Extra Strength Tylenol night for me. Maybe they will kick in by the second inning of the Braves and The Mets. Really don't utilize pharmaceuticals, but tonight is an exception.

Sorry to hear about the destruction from the storm. I've suffered from chronic back problems since 1989 so be careful not to overdue. Your back is stiffening from tight muscles that are not stretched on a regular basis. I have to perform stretching excercises specific for the back that I learned through physical therapy everyday, otherwise my back with tighten up within a matter of days even though I don't aggravate it. If the Tylenol doesn't help, consider Advil, which is Ibuprofen based, similar to Motrin, and is an anti-inflammatory, where Tylenol is not. Enjoy the game tonight and hope your back is feeling better in the morning.
