Crackers in Meatballs ???? #%()

yeah , seriously. Bread crumbs are used in meatballs but some people will grind up crackers and use them if they dont have breadcrumbs. ... but i dont know when you said give up bread if you were talking about anything with flour or actual types of "bread" lol so mlink should be good to go on the meatballs. <><>

cutting out carbs is so tough... i tried, and couldn't do it to anywhere near the level i should. i've cut down, but bread is incorporated into so many good things.

Yes....I removed bread and most carbs and sugars over a year ago. Do I have a slice or two from time to time, of course I do.

If your looking to cut carbs and gain fiber (28% of daily per 1 pita) this is the best replacement on the market and it tastes awesome. I use it for everything and is awesome for a slouvoki wrap... The only down side I see is that they ar5e a little high in sodium and a tiny bit of saturated fat.

Flavorful and flexible. Made with a blend of flours, it features lower carbohydrates than traditional Pocket-Less Pita®. Ideal for wraps, roll-ups or just in the breadbasket. ‘Hand stretched for fluffinessTM’, contains No Trans Fat, and is 100% Vegetarian.

How much does a person have to hate eating to think they couldn't get by on fruit, meat, M&Ms and everything else that isn't bread?

Earned $5 000 gross in 2010 from eating bread and most other snacks are more expensive, so it would some sort of incentive, but if someone offered I wouldn't have any problem never bothering with the stuff
