At the time of this writing, the following Match Odds/Moneyline were available: Boston Red Sox (2.08, +108) and Tampa Bay Rays (1.87, -115)

Rays are 35-16 in Price's last 51 starts as a favorite
Red Sox are 2-5 in Buchholz's last seven outings against the division

Boston remained the hottest team in baseball with a 3-0 road victory last night over Tampa Bay, which also happened to be the club's first win in the season series. The Red Sox have won 12 of their last 14 road games and own a Major League-best 21-7 mark on the road since April 20. Offensively, the team has 35 home runs in its last 20 games away from Fenway park, while also pacing the majors overall with 45 round trippers on the road. Boston leads all of baseball with 353 runs scored and a .275 batting average. First baseman Adrian Gonzalez has been receiving a lot of the credit entering tonight's contest leading the league with 60 RBI. The club is 16-9 versus divisional foes this season.

Red Sox hurler Clay Buchholz has compiled a 5-3 record and 3.59 ERA in 13 starts this season and earned a 5-1 win in the Bronx last time out, snapping a career-long streak of four no-decisions. The right-hander will be making his first start against the Rays of the 2011 campaign, posting a 1-1 mark and 0.98 ERA in three outings last year. He has never surrendered more than three earned runs in a start against Tampa Bay, while his 1.81 career ERA is his lowest against any Major League team he has faced.
