I was telling my two sons about it and they started watching it on Netflix and I must say it looks a little lame now some 20 years later compared to some of the great shows I am used to watching on Showtime, HBO, AMC and Fx.

I recently started with Season 1 on Netflix streaming and find that for a general 48 minute program, the storylines are still pretty fresh and intriguing.

It is admittedly peculiar to watch "hotshot" federal agents working with clunky, oversized cellphones and of course no internet......One early episode has Mulder researching a news story using microfilm at the public library.

The show was and still is classic.......I'l never forget the episode where some shadowy group fix the oscars, and cancer man decides that the Buffalo Bills will never win a superbowl while he is still alive......LOL......Gillian Anderson was grade A wet dream material back then...and still is.........
