Its the only way to get tax money of any kind out of the lower class of America or illegal immigrants for that matter. Otherwise, we pay them to live in the USA. Poor people with kids get huge tax refunds every year after not having one dime withheld for taxes just Social Security and medicare taxes. So why would they try to make a buck- they need to pay something - somewhere???? Old people on Social Security just collect and otherwise would never pay any taxes on anything.
The working force of American has a big burden to pay enough taxes to support this demographic and not to mention the wages to government workers and military.
