Wilheim here: For the record - because I cannot add my own post to the bottom of this thread I am editing in what is going on here in this post (thank you C.P.)..Rx Tech Support is aware of the problem and is working to resolve the problem as we speak. Please be patient while that process takes place..I will post again when the problem has been identified and resolved.

Apologies, wilheim..

no threats or warnings, but the response rate is very slow

maybe that's my firewall in action?

i am getting it too and its on the rx for sure

VBS/SillyDLScript.HFE Quarantined 3 times now.

here is info on it:

Description

SillyDlScript is a family of Trojans that downloads and executes other malicious files either from a FTP or HTTP server.

Removal

Manual removal is not recommended for js_downloader_agent or other variants of the family JS/Downloader.Agent To detect and remove this threat and other malicious software that may have been installed, run a full-system scan

Murph's suggestion : run the scan and removal in safe mode.. use malwarebytes and u should be ok. worse case goto http://housecall.trendmicro.com and run the scan/download (100%) safe through them - its a 1 time use anti virus/removal software. works nicely

Yep Java cups all across the bottom of my screen. I'll check back in a few hours with high hopes.
