At the time of this writing, the following Match Odds/Moneyline were available: Tampa Bay Rays (2, Even) and Milwaukee Brewers (1.95, -105)

Brewers are 20-8 as a favorite

Rays are 4-9 as a road underdo

Tampa Bay has begun its six-game interleague road trip by splitting the first two games of a three-game set against Milwaukee. The Rays dropped a 5-1 contest last night, but have still posted a 10-5 record since June 6. Third baseman Evan Longoria was hoping his two hits on Monday would snap him out of his slump, but instead he fell right back into it with an 0-for-4 performance Tuesday and is hitting .121 in his last nine games. The pitching staff has also done little in helping the offensive cause in National League parks, coming into this afternoon's game 0-for-12 at the plate this season. Tampa Bay is 29-25 against right-handed starters this year.

Rays starting pitcher David Price is 7-6 with a 3.51 ERA in 15 starts this season and is winless over his last two outings. Over that particular span, the left-hander has allowed seven runs and 13 hits over 11 innings. He has registered an even 4-4 mark and 5.21 ERA against the National League, which is well-off his 32-15 record and 3.16 ERA against American League opponents. Price has a good chance of picking up the victory during today's contest due to bringing in a 14-6 lifetime mark in 23 starts during the day.
