Chacin is quietly becoming one of the elite pitchers in the NL IMO. Any reason not to take him against the sorry ass cubs tomorrow? Garza's not bad, but Chacin has been better and the Rocks have a slightly better pen. Laying -125 seems like a pretty good price to me. Is this line fishy, or is Chacin still a relative unknown and thus undervalued?
