Ever Since I've Started Watching The CWS....#32's Pitching Style Has Bothered Me(Obviously it hasn't bothered SC..LoL) Anyway, He Lifts His Leg Up And Then Back Down Again Before Every Pitch! This "LegKick" Occurs Before His Actual Windup and Kick Before The Pitch. Wouldn't This Be a BALK in MLB!?!?
