Markakis went 2 for 4 to extend his hitting streak to a career-high 18 games. Over that time he has raised his batting average from .236 to .282.

Shockingly the orioles are 7-11 in during that hitting streak. He is hitting well, Hardy is tearing the cover off the ball, Jones is playing out of his mind , yet the orioles are losing quite a bit. Their pitching staff sucks so much ass.

I act traded for him and Zimmerman but gave up Beltre and Stanton who had been killing it so Im glad to finally get some production
