Are you knowledgeable about Penny Stock Trader Tim Sykes?

I wanted to know if anyone has followed any of Tim Sykes newsletters, web site, blog, trades, dvds, etc. He seems to have a very proven track record for a decade or so. He walks the talk, it looks like.
Any insight from anyone who has been in the penny stock, and micro-caps please chime in.

He is about shorting pump and dumps.

Finds a pump and dump then shorts the stock.

He is pretty smart. Used to be a legit trader on Wall St.

He is not my style though. I dont trade OTC stocks. I only have one OTC in my entire portfolio and get reminded daily why I dont trade them.
