I know the profit margin won't be huge per series, and a series loss would be crushing, but wondering if anyone better at math or possibly someone who has done or thought of this in the past can chime in.

want to do series chase in which you are not betting on the game to be 1 run wins. So you would take the favorite on the run line (should be + money) and the dog on alternate run line (should also be + money) in game 1. if either team wins game by more than 1 run, the chase is over and you pocket profits. Im guessing your basically going to have to stick to toss up series to do this, so that you see + money on each side each day (as opposed to like yankees hosting marlins @ yankee stadium and be like -200+ each game)

the big question is how would you set up game 2 in the chase, as you would be down 2 units. if say each side is +180 on run line and alt run, you can profit enough since one of the bets would be a lose, putting you down 3 units and then making back +1.8, so -1.2 units.

now if you put 3 units on each side of the chase, you would lose 5 units (-2 first game and then -3 for 1 loss game 2), but win 5.4 units if you could get +180 on each side.

anyways i might be retarded, but this got me thinking anyways.......
