Basicallly what I am doing here with ML/rl play is making a -1 line at MB - The total risked is the ML Value, but is placed as $100 ML and what ever the difference on the ML gets placed on the RL.
For ex:
Milk - ML -146 100/68
Milk - RL +142 46/65
Minny -120 ML / RL - Small
Milk -146 ML / RL - Medium
Fla -128 ML - Medium
