Jumping off the cubs fade wagon (have bout 4-5 times this year) as i usually do here and there and this is one game where the Nats roster doesn't look that appealing (NO ZIMMERMAN BAT) to me and Cubs have had previous success against the nats and the wildcard will be if Coleman can maintain a decent outing. He have beaten the nats before and while Zimmerman been pitching great.
In his only career start against the Cubs on July 18, 2009, Zimmermann allowed five runs and six hits -- including a three-run homer to Soriano -- while striking out eight in 5 1/3 innings of a 6-5 loss (COPIES AND PASTED)
The Cubs have had no such problems playing in Washington, however, outscoring the Nationals 44-16 in winning the last seven meetings there. (COPIED AND PASTED)
For +163 value i'll hop off the fade today and ride the value and better overall series team here and hope Coleman will throw a good game and Cubs can bloop some runs in. . Seems like everybody is betting Nationals just because it is the 4th of July too. Another reason imma go the other way and see what happens.
