I am extremely pissed off ##)
I will sum it up.
Went to Best Buy, bought a floor model TV for $1,400 cash. They bubble wrap it and carry it out to the car for me. They banged the TV on the way out to the car so I unwrap it and see it was damaged, huge crack in the screen. I immediately went back into the store to show them and of course no one cared. I called corporate and they said floor models are sold as is. Which I understand but it was damaged after I purchased it, and by their employees. After going back and forth and even getting on the phone with corporate they did absolutely nothing for me. and were very clear they would not exchange, repair, return or refund this purchase.
Any advise where to go from here?
