Lets be honest with ourselves. The IPHONE has an awful antenna.

AT&T gets a lot of the blame for the suckage of the reception of IPHONES, but based on my 14 day trial with the Verizon IPHONE I can only come to one thing.

The IPHONE as a phone sucks!

The 3G also sucks!

If not for wifi it would almost be useless.

I have had an IPHONE for 4 years, and always cussed AT&T, but I have come to find out IPHONE deserves some of the blame if not most.

And it has nothing to do with where I live. I live in the most busy part of town.
I live in the times square of my town.

I guess its back to AT&T. Steve Jobs better get his act together for the 5.

PS: Lets not even talk about the battery. If I walk more then 10 feet away from a charger the thing goes dead.

Me and the wife both have iPhones -- agree they suck as a phone.... Frustrating at times, get the 3 beeps and lost the phone call...

Haven't had many problems here, ATT.

Battery life terrible? I think the battery life is amazing on these phones.
Yes if your using the phone constantly playing videos and surfing the internet it'll drain fairly quick.
But that's why we have computers and tv's.

Chop, if you still have AT&T and the iphone you could maybe call AT&T and tell them the problems you are having and ask to be comped a free micro-cell. I didn't ask but they gave me 1 so now I always get 4 or 5 bars when I'm at home. The thing retails for like $200 but they give them away pretty liberally I guess.

Anyone else use a microcell? I got mine about 2 months ago, don't really notice a huge difference since I don't use the phone all day but it is saying I got 4-5 bars on my phone all the time now instead of 1-2.
