Color Commentator and Play-by-Play Announcer bickering on TV

I am watching this Cubs vs Pirates game, it's the Pirates broadcast, and the Color Commentator and Play-by-Play Announcer are bickering on TV. It has happened several times through out the night and I can tell how irratated they are: At times its entertaining, others its fustrating to hear...

Is it common with these two guys? (sorry I don't watch alot of pirates baseball)

It begs the question, who are the WORST broadcasting duo in sports?

Key word duo, must be a team that works together, I mean we have all already established Scully is the worst individually.

But there are multiple threads already dedicated to that argument.... Let's stick to the duos. Im horrible with names just I'm just naming the teams local broadcast...

I remember the Rockies broadcast being really bad but This may be the worst I've heard...

Not for bickering, but for their sugar coated love fest, the winners are Suzyn Waldman and John Steriling on radio calling Yankee games.
I can't even listen to those two.

I could definitely see that, although I dislike the Met's guys more than Yankees guys. The Mets guys just rub me the wrong way.

well gary cohen does sound like a pedo, so i can see why you guys dont like the mets guys.

How can you even tell Hernandez and Darling apart? They are identical.

Regarding Cohen, ever notice he has to add a 'my' to every first name.
Tim Tuefel was Timmy Tuefel, etc. etc. etc. like they were all 6th graders.

I dont know who the play by play guy is , but i noticed on Friday night during the cubs/pirates game that Kent Tekulve (pirates color man) sounded like a cubs homer , he was praising the cubs and sounded critical of the pirates and sounded like he lost his best friend when the pirates took the lead in the bottom of the 8th inning. .... even my wife asked "who is that announcer , he sounds like he has a bet on the cubs" ? when i told her it was a pirates announcer she could'nt believe it.

Tekulve was not the color commentator in that game or any game for that matter...The guy you are referring to on Friday night was Bob Walk...Tekulve handles the post game show duties not the color...

Walk, Steve Blass and John Wehner are the Pirates color guys...All 3 suck but at least the product on the field is worth watching this year so far.

Thanks for the correction , i dont know how i got Telulve ? Now i feel like an idiot ... and even worse i dont know now if it was Walk or Blass.
