I do agree about the fans who take the game too seriously and not stopping the clock has to be the most ignorant rule in all of sports history....
They played 10 vs. 11 for almost an hour.
The girls were mentally and physically strong, not to mention the ref overly favored the Brazilian team today. It's very good win for the US Women Team and for that they deserve at least a "congratulation".

I'm a major sports fan, as a sports fan I pay attention to World Cups, Euro Championships etc etc, I feel I need to keep up my end of the conversation if the topic is World Cup at the sports bar or whatever, not my favorite sport, but it's interesting, especially if your National team is involved.

1- You did not watch the game but you quickly gave everyone the impression that it was boring. Fact - It was not.
2- There are certain sports that people "do like" or "do not like" depend on your taste. Baseball bores the shit out of me. Do I have to step in baseball match thread to tell everyone that's a boring sport?
3- Soccer fan are annoying? Do you expect them go the stadium to take a nap or something? They show the excitement because they love the sport, just like you love yours.

Was a fun game to watch, I usually only watch the World Cup matches for men's and women's. Great to see the US win despite the refs trying to screw them over. How about the fake injury by the Brazilian girl at the end of ot jumps off the stretcher and runs back out on the field. That's was total bullshit.
