Wasted Time

So I work a 9-5 type job and when i get home we have dinner and put the baby to bed around 730. My wife goes to bed at 930 so she can get up with the baby. I usually stay up until about 1am and feed the baby if she gets up during that time. But even before the kid i stayed up that late anyway...

I want to find a better way to ultilize this extra time.. i did rosetta stone for spanish, i read as much news as possible, try to handicap sports (not very well).. But i wonder if there is anyway to make money during this window of time...instead of playing around on the internet looking at porn and this forum or watching tv can i find something that will be financially productive??

any thoughts???

Start yourself a little reef tank. The research and maintenance will occupy idle time.

And the corals that grow, will fetch a pretty penny from other aquarists.
I'm not sure the laws in Florida but you may be able to get a collecting permit and collect your own if you chose to do so.

Rosetta Stone sounds productive, how did that workout for you?

Exercise would be very productive.

Learning a game like scrabble/chess is solid

Exercise is the best option though I'd think

I travel a lot for my job and it affords me down time in hotels. I spend a lot of my free time trying to figure out what business to get into. Spend time reading and researching things that interest you.

as far as growing plants in the natural earth my goverment has deemed that i have no right to put a seed in the ground in my own backyard. obviously they know whats best for me and only have my safety in mind so i will of course blindly obey them

anything to help out a fellow giants fan!! ... my buddy plays online poker and does this in his down time and makes about 300 a week just doing this, then gambles it and plays poker with his earnings and triples it per week, pretty nice life......... degen loser he is haha

oh ya i used to do the same thing...i was at the .25 .50 NL all night...did ok with that but once Black Friday hit that was all over..I registered and took the initial quiz for cha cha..that should be intersting for awhile. get to exercise the mind a bit and get rich in the process...

Alright I joined ChaCha, passed the test, and now I am officially a Vetter for the site. I have supplied over 190 answers in 1 night and have made approximately 1.90 over a 2 and a half hour period. It is somewhat entertaining as a lot of the questions revolve around young people trying to figure out how to have sex with each other as quickly as possible, but the wages are worse than slave labor...I am not sure this is the best way to make extra gambling money.

wow that is terrible....1.90 cents for 190 answers?????????? 1 cent per answer seems pretty low to me... i got 10, 15, 20 cents per answer

I think it has to do with the fact that I am only a Vetter at this point. Once you achieve another designation the money will increase. But for now its 1 cent per answer. I will stick with it for now since its so simple a caveman could do it.

Thats what it started at. Then they sent out a red alert for high traffic and all of a sudden it was 1 cent per.

How did you get there?? Do you do research for them? Or just a stright Vetter? And how long have you been with the site? If I could get to that level I would definitely keep going.
