sportsbook has the rangers as -300 as well as the phillies as -1200 and red sox as -250!!

WOW!

doesnt the yankees at +160 and possibly the rays at +1000 hold pretty good value?

angels too inconsistent I think..

offense up and down, rotation shaky.. rangers rotation is no bargain but at least they have a dependable lineup.

Rangers still have an excellent farm system and their AAA system is playing well. Lots of pieces that could be traded for a short term pitcher for the stretch run.

outside of the multiple games against SEA and OAK, both teams have a tough schedule the rest of the way. Should be an exciting finish. I think -250 to -300 is too much for a measly 1 game lead that they have though....

On the other hand you can get the Angels at +190 to win the west. Solid starting pitching with Haren and Weaver plus a bugger closer in Walden. Angels closed before the all-star break going 19-6.
