With five Phillies on the All-Star team, we ask posters to pick the biggest pro sports star in Philadelphia?

Roy Halladay will sure get a lot of votes and he’s starting for the National League in tonight’s All-Star game on Fox.

But is Halladay even the best player at his position in Philadelphia?
Here is a look at the candidates and you can vote for your favorite in our poll.

Poll copied from FoxSportsPhilly.com

1. Roy Halladay. Eight-time All-Star for Toronto and Philadelphia. Threw no-hitter in playoffs. But Halladay has been in Philadelphia for just two seasons and has no World Series ring.

2. Cliff Lee. Passed on a huge contract with the Yankees to return to the Phillies this season. Maybe the best playoff pitcher in baseball.

3. Cole Hamels. Heading for a huge payday, Hamels led the Phillies to a 2008 World title.

4. Ryan Howard. The slugging first baseman has put up huge numbers at the plate since 2005, is a league MVP and rookie of the year.

5. Chase Utley. Perhaps the most underrated Phillies player, Utley played a key role in bringing a world title to Philadelphia.

6. Michael Vick . The most discussed pro sports star in Philadelphia, Vick is now the franchise player for the Eagles, replacing Donovan McNabb.

7. DeSean Jackson. The electric receiver can make the biggest plays in football, as the New York Giants can tell you. Another All-Pro for the Eagles.

8. Chris Pronger. The Flyers all-star defenseman in one of the toughest players in hockey. Pronger has a Stanley Cup on his resume.

I left Bernard Hopkins and Andre Iguodala off because the poll will only accept 8 entries...

Ryan Howard is the quiet leader...

But if the Eagles ever win a Super Bowl, football will be the number one game in Philly...

Die-hard Philly fan and while I agree, the Eagles run that city, I'd say right now it's between Utley or Howard (maybe even Victorino as the final vote-in proved, he's HUGE in the city).

Another big season by Vick though and he'll take it in a landslide.

I would have guessed Vick was already in the lead

If you want the most popular I'd have to say Cliff Lee coming from someone who lives in Philly. We just love him and he can do no wrong. Super fun to watch pitch, bat , field and run the bases. He just has this cool, understated flare about him.

Example, we love Doc Halladay, he came here for less money, been super awesome and super consistant. But Lee despite being less consistant and not quite as good is by far the fan favorite.

Rollins may be the only one who could make any Hall of Fame with a Philadelphia hat currently...

Football is king, so Vick is the star--- but just a few bad games and that would change real quick...
