That's the only kind of bacon I eat....stayed off pork for too long...went back to it and it made me sick(literally). So I really didn't have an option.

Yeah she doesn't put the meatballs in a traditional gravy, rather a soup with Gnocchi, peas, carrots, that type of thing.
I'm sure the next step will to replace the burgers and sauce.

I thought Turkey Meatball are in a Brown Gravy ?? but that sounds interesting

Turkey Burgers are Good ! Here's a Trick ( and prepared mostly like this )
Mix BQQ sauce in the meat.... throw on the Grill... you can't even tell they are Turkey Burgers. Taste very close to a Hamburger.

That does sound good.

I was just pointing out I have not tried the meatballs in a traditional spaghetti sauce, rather she puts it in a soup. But yes it is very good. I like gnocchi a lot.

Sounds good...I also make great Turkey Burgers...here is my trick.

I mix 3lbs of ground turkey with 1lb of chopped mushrooms and season Cajun seasoning...topped with Munster Cheese or Swiss.
