OH YA....Who hasn't experienced a case of Tilt? I Have extreme Tilt where I got so crazy and mad at the craps table I started throwing hundred dollar chips on all the hards. Or when I keep going back to the ATM to pull more money out for another buy in at the poker table. And the times where I will stay at a BJ table becasue I am sure I can turn a cold table around.

Or pumping more money into the sportsbetting account Monday night so i can win back everything lost on Sunday. As I get older the Tilt is less severe but it always exists.

A couple of times for sure - definitely not a good feeling. Most memorable time was my first time counting cards...I lost my ass, got mad, abandoned my strategy and went bust for twice what I budgeted on the whole trip. This was on the first day too, lol.

"Tilt" wise i have been good the past few of years.... But for the first time in a Very long time. I felt maybe i should just Double or Triple my MLB wagers.

I wager a Lot more in Football ( which i think most do ) and I try to keep my MLB wagers at a medium.

Don't get me wrong.... if I Really like a Bet, I will wager more.... But I feel a little antsy. Not sure why....

Never recall it from sports betting, thinking about it now im sure i was tilted more than once when playing the horses. Since i started playing poker though its a totally different story
Now i wake up every morning on tilt!!!!!! i kid you not ive been on a roof working and thought about some big hands i lost in tournys that paid life changing money and gotten chest pains so bad id have to go sit in my tuck with the a/c on to cool off. I think ive gotten it under control now but ive been known to throw shit, break furniture and rant and rave for days about a bad beat....

Absolutely. There isn't a gambler alive who hasn't gone on tilt for periods of time. What matters is the long run. Wagering is a lifetime marathon and not a sprint. Going on tilt is just one just part of the business.

When I first started betting on sports back in 1991, I was on a roll & had won about $16,000 in football. It took me about 3 weeks to win that money & I lost it all back within the next 2 weeks. I was on tilt & betting anything. I was putting dimes on games I wouldnt even think about now a days just to try & get back the money I lost.

Money management is the key when wagering on sports, w/o it we are guaranteed to lose. Hey, there are games where I feel like betting the bankroll on, even now a days but I dont. I still will venture out of the money management scheme & put a little bit more on these games because of how comfy I feel about them.

Ran a $100 deposit up to about $5k years ago.

Lost one big bet on a Saturday night college game, then went on Monkey Tilt the next day in Pro's.

I think I ended up putting $1800 on a sunday night parlay to finish off my account.

When I'm drinking and I lose there's definitely more of a chance of me going on Tilt, especially if I'm out with my buddies and they all ask me what I bet on and I lose.

Haven't done it since though.

I tend to go on "tilt" more if I am winning. Everything looks like an easy bet.

If I hit a cold streak, NOTHING looks good, and I pull into a shell.

Oh man have I been there. It will just come out of nowhere too. I will be watching tv completely zoned out and a killer hand will pop in my head and the fantasy of what could have been if it had been different. 2009 Main Event 25 minutes from the end of day 2...I could have just got up and walked away and made day 3 with a very healthy stack.. For some unknown IDIOT reason I get involved in a HUGE hand with a guy who has more chips... I have A-4 spades and the flop is 2 spades and a King. We go back and forth and I just decided in the middle of the hand to either go all out and dominate with chips or go home and I get it all in....Of course a spade does not come...I imagine my life would have been different if it did...there have been others but that one will never stop haunting me..

ive got a million of them but thats the most recent....bad beat=tilt for me....not everytime but it's tough for me to just walk away after being kicked in the balls so to speak

i wonder if "tilt" is actually some kind of chemical reaction in the brain...it defies all logic and common sense and is very difficult to stop once it starts..

I was running so bad that I once went to Gamblers Anonymous and the sign on the door said they cancelled meetings for 2 weeks...never went back...
