At the time of this writing, the following Match Odds/Moneyline were available: Milwaukee Brewers (1.77, -130) and Colorado Rockies (1.8, -125)

Rockies are 4-1 record in Jimenez' last five starts versus Brewers
Brewers are 5-17 in Gallardo's last 22 tries as an underdog

Milwaukee finished its seven-game homestand before the All-Star break with a 4-3 record due to a come-from-behind victory over the Cincinnati Reds. The Brewers will start the second half of the season tied atop the National League Central standings with the St. Louis Cardinals. Offensively, the team is led by Midsummer Classic MVP first baseman Prince Fielder and outfielder Ryan Braun, as the duo have combined for more RBIs than any other duo in the Majors. The front office is also showing its desire to win, trading for New York Mets reliever Francisco Rodriguez Tuesday night. Milwaukee is 5-16 in its last 21 games as an underdog.

Brewers starting pitcher Yovani Gallardo comes in on a roll by lasting at least seven innings in three consecutive starts and enters with a solid 10-5 record and 3.76 ERA. The right-hander has recorded a losing 3-4 mark and 4.39 ERA in nine road outings, serving up nine home runs in 53 1/3 innings. Gallardo will be facing the Rockies for the seventh time in his career (sixth start), posting a winless 0-3 record and 5.85 ERA, as the club has dropped all five of his previous starts.

Colorado started the season off strong with an 11-2 record, but its performance dropped in April with an 8-17 mark and has never recovered. The Rockies have lost six of their last eight games and the offense has scratched across just 13 runs in their last seven contests overall. Turning things around is a definite possibility, as the club possesses too much talent, especially outfielder Carlos Gonzalez and All-Star shortstop Troy Tulowitzki. "We're not winning as much as we'd like, so you start to question yourself," Tulowitzki commented before the break. "We just need to believe and go out there and prove it." Colorado is 4-1 in its last five home games following a road trip of seven or more days.
