Usually the total jumps up over 10 in these situations, but since Halladay is pitching it's holding at 8.5 with some extra juice on the over. I'm going to ignore the name on the mound and trust the weather more than the name. The public is scared shitless of betting overs in Halladay games, but I'm gonna pull the trigger tonight. The wind isn't immense but it's a solid little 13 mph blowing straight out according to multiple sources I've checked. I'm playing the Over 4.5 1st 5 Innings with confidence. Possible storms are in the forecast as well so I don't wanna mess with the full game total in case there's a late inning storm which kills or changes the wind after a rain delay. Good luck tonight gents.

"Halladay made his first start after the 2010 All-Star break exactly one year ago at Wrigley Field, and gave up six runs and seven hits in six innings of an 11-6 loss. It was the third time in four starts immediately following the break the eight-time All-Star allowed at least five runs."
