It does seem a bit low for Cliff Lee. It could have something to do with Garza being on the mound, pitched the Phillies tough earlier and has an era under 3.00 at home. Probably going to stay away but would mostly likely take the better team and pitcher for a smaller bet. Certainly wouldn't go crazy, Phillies offense is sporadic.

As long as Lee dosent bitch out like Halladay the Phils will win. I am calling Halladay out as a little bitch. U get paid 120 million yet I know Mexicans working harder than you in the Atlanta heat making 25 grand a year. U worthless waste of space Halladay go back to Canada, you couldn't even beat the braves worst pitcher last year u fucking bum.

I really believe the Cubs sweep this series. I had them last night as huge dog and will be on them again. Phills missing 2 very important pieces to their offense right now. Not the same without Victorino and Polanco.

There is a reason phills and a great record, and it's not just because of a couple players...lee is dominant, and cubs stink. Prob be a low scoring game until cubs relievers come in, and then Philly take control...just my opinion.

Last night the Phillies went with the "short" lineup. Does anyone know how they stack up tonight? In reality, they should smoke the Cubs; however, it does look a bit like a "trap" game. And, if not the Phills tonight, does anyone have an opinion on Texas, or better yet,
how does everyone like the Brewers?

you guys do realize this is the CUBS you guys are talking about right? The Phillies just lost 6-1 and now they have their stud (one of many) on the mound tonight. Lee even has a better batting avg then Jayson Werth. You guys are sadly mistaken if you think that the Phillies are going to lose tonight

Phils with lee or nothing...it is no trap, vegas doesnt know anything that us cappers dont know

we can read blogs, lineups, past pitcher/batter stats, no game is a trap, the line is because lee is a better pitcher than garza, the line isnt -180 because the phils have 2 key guys out of the lineup......

Hook'em I definitely think its a trap...how could it not be? Lee is always on average a lot higher priced. Maybe I'm dead wrong on this and very well could be, but I'm taking the cubs just because I have never known vegas to give away free money. Bol to all.

given garza's home era vs lee's road era it's probably a no bet but considering the cubs struggle to win 2 straight while the phils rarely lose 2 straight i took the road line in a small bet. cubs pretty brutal recent history vs lee as well

not true

he was -170 last road start but he hasn't been more than -165 in any other road start. he's been favored in all of them but this will be his 5th road start (out of 9) that was priced b/w -136 and -150. he had just two above -150 and two below -110 so this is a very normal price for him

btw he lost both of the starts priced higher than -150

Very odd spot for someone who tracks days of the week. Really hope Cubs win tonight because Dempster pitching after a Cubs loss facing Phillie on a WEDNESDAY (13-2) would be a real problem. Ump favors Cubs tonight.
