With all things considered including a possibly injured Bartolo Colon coming off the worst ever start of his career at Toronto last week and allegedly still nursing a bad hamstring facing tough young right-hander Jeremy Hellickson (8-7, 3.21 - 2.95 at The Trop) taking the mound for The Rays as a very small underdog or even pick-em. I have to like The desperate for a win in this series DRays to bring home the money tonight..

No one likes to bet against the Yankees on a regular basis but if ever there was an opportunity to get Tampa at home at a decent price against a suspect starter (Colon) this is it..

Colon (6-5, 3.47 ERA) will try to avoid losing his third straight start for New York. The big right-hander lost on July 7th. against the DRays, allowing five runs and a season-high 10 hits in a 5-1 defeat in New York.

Hellickson gave up three runs over 7 1-3 innings July 3rd, at home in an 8-3 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals after going 0-4 with a 4.74 ERA over his previous four outings.

Helickson has been tough at home this year holding opposing hitters to a .204 BA with a WHIP of 0.98 in 49 innings..

FWIW - I am taking the Drays at +102 (BetJamaica) for two units...I know the Yanks opened -120 but that didn't last long at any of the spots I play at..

Never wager more than you can afford to lose...

One could make excuses on the Rays giving the game away to the Yanks last night as well though...
