Worley last 3 starts against quality opponents at Nym, at Flr , vs Bos gave up 3 runs and only 2 earned.

Dempster last 3 starts against vs Flr, at Pit, vs Sf gave up 5 runs 4 earned.

Even though Ryan usually give up alot of runs against Philly this line should be around 9.

Any thought ????

This is always a question when the line is this high at Wrigley. I'd check WIND conditions....

Its hot and humid ass hell in Chi today. Especially a day game but that still doesnt mean 11 which is where its at right now. Phillies offense not all in gear aince ASG and Cubs O is just plain in shitty. All you have to do is throw off-speed away pitches to them and they' ll chase like a dog looking for their tail. Maybe Ill see Phillies scoring 6 runs but dont see Cubs score more then 3.

this looks easier than U.S. vs the Japs.... is Blang on this under? I'm prolly staying away from this game. Both pitchers have been hot..but if Philly's and the Under hits....then I am confused.

There were 19 hits and only 6 runs in last nights game; the Phillies got the majority of their hits in the 8th and 9th inning; Cubbies left several on last night; should be a carryover effect today. Both teams have the day off tomorrow so they won't be in a hurry to finish this one; I see both teams knocking it around pretty good today...imho. Would certainly lean to OVER 10.5 Worley has been over his head and Dempsters hook shouldn't break as much in the thick air.....I'm liking the OVER more and more.

Wrigley totals are all about the wind. You'll see 7s and 11s in back to back days.
Philly offense is struggling so the under might be worthwhile

I'm not so sure Philly's offense is struggling anymore; they racked up 8 hits in the 8th and 9th inning alone last night and scored 2 runs in each of those frames; I expect hot bats out of the chute today.
